This marks a significant milestone in the construction of the affordable housing complex, which is being developed by Kentro Group, Lexton McDermott, Pinkard Construction, and Lewis Himes Associates.
The Krisana Apartments project will feature 151 units of deed-restricted, affordable housing located on the former Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) headquarters site in southeast Denver.
