Pinkard Construction, a leading multi-family general contractor in 20bet casino loginColorado, celebrated the topping out of the Krisana Apartments in Denver in January. This marks a significant milestone in the construction of the affordable housing complex, which is being developed by Kentro Group, Lexton McDermott, Pinkard Construction, and Lewis Himes Associates.
The Krisana Apartments project will feature 151 units of deed-restricted, affordable housing located on the former Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) headquarters site in southeast Denver. The complex will consist of 21 studio, 71 one-bedroom, 20bet casino appand 59 two-bedroom apartments equipped with Energy Star-rated appliances, central air conditioning, laundry facilities, a fitness center, courtyard, social room, and secured bike storage area, among other amenities. The apartments will be available to residents who earn up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with an upper limit of $49,260 in annual gross income for a single-person household or up to $70,320 for a four-person household.
Wood framing for the project was self-performed by Pinkard Frameworks, a recently established self-performance 20bet casino logindivision that offers detailed project assessments and on-site supervision to prevent conflicts and cascading issues that stop construction progress for redesigns.
