Pinkard provided complete preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of and addition to the City of Arvada's Municipal Service Center at 68th Place & Indiana. The expansion consisted of two additions to create approximately 23,000 additional square feet of space to the present facility, including a sign shop, high bay vehicle service, welding shop, and new entrance for the public.

The elevator addition required the removal of precast, twin tees, which were replaced with structural steel, bar joist, and deck.
