Pinkard provided complete preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of and addition to the City of Arvada's Municipal Service Center at 68th Place & Indiana. The two-story, 31,566 sf facility houses Vehicle Maintenance, 20Bet online live casinoWater Transmission & Distribution, Engineering Laboratory, Traffic Maintenance, and Parks Maintenance work groups.
The expansion consisted of two additions to create approximately 23,000 additional square feet of space to the present facility, including a sign shop, high bay vehicle service, welding shop, and new entrance for the public.
The renovation portion was a complete remodel of the interior, the addition of an elevator 20bet live casinoto meet ADA requirements, conversion of the mezzanine into offices, and addition of fire protection throughout.
The elevator addition required the removal of precast, twin tees, which were replaced with structural steel, bar joist, and deck.
