The $2.8 million Cimarron Elementary project was a 54,665 gsf phased gut and renovation with almost 30,000 sf of demolition and reconstruction and numerous selective renovations 20bet live casinoand reconfigurations. Scope included abatement and mold mitigation, new millwork and carpet, new windows including a storefront system, bathroom relocations, and extensive MEP upgrades with new switchgear and five new rooftop units.
