Pinkard completed the build-out of a health care clinic for Denver Health and Hospital Authority on the main level of our project for Denver Housing Authority, Vida at Sloan’s Lake. The 7,741 sf clinic featured 17 exam rooms, a procedure room, oxygen rooms, x-ray room, and various administrative 20bet live casinospaces, and a conference room.
Project challenges included an expedited schedule to meet owner-occupancy requirements and the installation of intricate architectural wood ceilings. The clinic was part of the development’s overall vision which included pairing affordable housing for seniors with essential on-site services.
