Rox's Place Supportive Youth Housing is an 11,830 sf phased, occupied renovation of a three-story brick mid-century apartment building in Denver. The 50+ year old structure contains studio apartments, household kitchen and a basement and mechanical room.
Renovation scope includes upgrades of individual living units with new drywall, tile, flooring, new toilet/bath 20bet casino loginaccessories; plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical retrofits; and life safety/ ADA upgrades.
Exterior renovations include cast in place site concrete, masonry tuck pointing, miscellaneous metals, architectural woodwork, door and window replacement.
