The Edge Ph I is a 82,000 sf ground-up facility with 70-units of affordable housing for working families and survivors of the 2012 High Park Fire and September 2013 floods, plus permanent supportive housing 20Bet online casinofor homeless veterans. Pinkard worked closely with Loveland Housing Authority to help the authority pull together funding from a variety of sources. We also held numerous meetings with OZ Architecture to provide in-depth drawing review, constructability comments and other input.
