The Park at ONE Riverfront was the second phase of ONE Riverfront condominiums, and Pinkard's seventh housing project for East West Partners - Denver. The three story, post-tensioned concrete structure consists of 16 single-story condominium units at Riverfront Park near the Platte River in downtown Denver. "The Park" has a one story parking garage, brick veneer skin, composite metal paneling, and residential window wall. Fan coil units were housed within soffits to increase useable space.
Customization options included:
