United Launch Alliance's new Centennial Facilities project was 450,000 gsf of campus remodels and build-outs to consolidate 1,700 ULA employees into a single, four-building campus.
Work in the four buildings was conducted in two phases, and included 420,000 sf of remodels, 20bet casino appand 30,000 sf of build-out. Previously, ULA employees worked in nine buildings at three locations across south Metro Denver.
The new campus includes three buildings at Panorama Corporate Center in Englewood, and Waterview IV building in Centennial. All four buildings are within walking distance of each other.
