The project is a renovation and multiple additions to the Town of Windsor's Community Recreation Center.
Additions include a second gymnasium 20bet live casinoimmediately adjacent to the existing gymnasium; an aerobics/cardio area; and a large aquatics addition with lap pool and family pool. A 180-foot long, fully enclosed flume slide starts inside the pool area, loops outside and returns inside. The new gymnasium will also include an elevated running track.
Second-floor additions include a weight room and office/support space.
Renovation scope includes 20bet live casinolocker room space for ADA compliance, and 3,400 sf of second-floor build-outs to create office and support areas.
An elevated running track will be constructed inside the existing gymnasium, connecting with the new running track inside the new gymnasium addition.
